Twelve more Livingston County residents and four inmates at Pontiac Correctional Center have tested positive for COVID-19.
A boy and a girl younger than 10; two girls younger than 20; two women in their 20s; two women in their 30s; a woman in her 50s; a man and woman in their 60s; and a woman in her 70s, each tested positive and are recovering in isolation.
The four men at the prison are recovering in isolation.
As of Friday, the Livingston County Health Department has received 14,755 COVID-19 test results. Of those, 542 COVID-19 tests have been positive, 483 of the previously reported individuals have been removed from isolation, 50 cases remain active, one individual is currently hospitalized and nine cases have resulted in death due to complications related to COVID-19.
