Ramil B. Julian, 43, Marseilles, was cited Thursday at East Superior and Division streets on complaints of driving while license suspended, no insurance and improper display of license plate. Julian was released on bond.
Kenneth D. Schuh Jr., 31, homeless, was cited Thursday at the Ottawa Police Department, 301 W. Lafayette St., on a complaint of criminal trespass to state-supported land. Schuh was released with a court date.
Jordan A. Heintz, 23, Ottawa, was arrested Thursday at his residence on a failure to appear in court warrant for a complaint of larceny. Heintz was taken to the county jail.
Jazmine T. Steele, 19, Ottawa, was arrested Friday at La Salle and Madison streets on a complaint of driving while license suspended. Steele was released with a court date.
Streator police responded at 9:03 a.m. Thursday to the 900 block of Hall Street for a report of someone entering a home and stealing a TV.
Streator police responded at 4:07 a.m. Friday to the 700 block of East Bridge Street for a report of someone kicking and damaging an interior door. The incident remains under investigation.
Streator firefighters responded at 8:49 p.m. Thursday to 119 S. Sterling St. for a report of a dumpster on fire. The contents of the dumpster were extinguished.
