Elma Robles, 65, Ottawa, was arrested Sunday at their residence on complaints of domestic battery and aggravated assault. Robles was taken to the county jail.
Greg E. Gebhardt, 39, Ottawa, was arrested Sunday in the 300 block of West Glover Street on complaints of DUI, improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash. Gebhardt posted their driver's license and was released with a court date.
Joann J. States, 27, Ottawa, was cited Sunday in the 2900 block of Columbus Street on a complaint of driving while license suspended. States was released with a court date.
