Donald Paul Noel Jr., 51, of Streator, formerly of Marseilles, passed away March 22, 2018, at his home after a lengthy illness.
Funeral services were private with Rev. Duane Kaufman at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home.
Don was born Nov. 17, 1966, in Ottawa to the late Donald Noel Sr. and Rose Rieuf, of Marseilles. On Sept. 14, 2013, he married Rebecca Horschler-Stone in Ottawa.
Don was a 1985 graduate of Marseilles High School. He owned and operated Premier Carpentry for the past 25 years, specializing in roofing and home remodeling. He was an avid NASCAR fan, always cheering on Jeff Gordon. He enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing with family and friends.
Don is survived by his wife, Becky; daughters, Danielle Carson and Brandi Baker; his mother, Rosie Rieuf; grandchildren, Alexandria, Brandon, Ayden, Kamisha, Ariana, Anastasia and Arabella; a sister, Paula Gulbronson, of Manteca, Calif.; and his best friend and beloved dog.
He was preceded in death by his father; stepfather, James Rieuf Sr.; and grandparents, Clem amd Mabel Noel and William and Jenny Graham.
