The Drama Mama Readers Theatre troupe (from left) Connie Svoboda, Nancy Schell, founder/director Donna Stone, Lisa Gill and Cindy Pollard, will perform at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, March 25 at Hegler-Carus Mansion. On Monday, the troupe will present "The Eve O'Lution of Women or Eve Through the Looking Glass" at noon at Illinois Valley Community College and at 7 p.m. at the Streator Public Library. All performances are free. Stone created the original script, a humorous look at women through the ages from the Biblical Eve to the woman of the future. The troupe enacts selections from various periods of history including plays by Chaucer, Shakespeare and Shaw. Music from "My Fair Lady," "Mame" and Helen Reddy also are part of the production.
