DUBLIN, Calif. — Leonard Melvin Seipp Jr., 80, died peacefully Saturday, March 10, at ValleyCare Hospital in Pleasanton, Calif.
Leonard grew up in Streator, and graduated from La Salle-Peru High School. He was in the Army Reserve stationed at Fort Ord when he met the love of his life and wife of 46 years Marcia.
Leonard is survived by his daughters, Lisa Crowley, of Fernley, Nev., and Lesley Seipp-Ayala; and son-in-law, Rufino (Herbie) Ayala, of Antioch, Calif.; his grandchildren, Kyle Crowley and Brent Crowley, of Fernley, and Devyn Cummings, of Antioch; great-granddaughter, Olyvia Griffin, of Antioch; and sister, Sandra Seipp-Thomas, of Wenona.
