Marseilles church to present "Lincoln on Religion and Spirituality"
Marseilles Church of the Nazarene, 1292 Morris Road, will have a special guest 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21 in the sanctuary. Abraham Lincoln, portrayed by Kevin Wood, will offer the program "Lincoln on Religion and Spirituality."
Wood will discuss the religious atmosphere of early 19th-century America and his own experiences and evolving views on the subjects of religion and spirituality. For questions, contact Missy Hammack at 815-587-5502.

Cursillo program will include potluck, slide program
The Illinois Valley Cursillo organization will offer an Ultreya Saturday, April 14, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 725 Fourth St., La Salle. Father Valle will conduct Mass at 5:15 p.m., followed by a potluck dinner.
Following dinner, David and Christine Kasprowicz will introduce Tom Collins, who will present a slide presentation of his recent trip to the Holy Land.
