Instructor Matt McLaughlin, of Starved Rock Coffee Company, will teach students various methods of brewing coffee that are appropriate for creating the perfect experience at home. Cost is $35 and a $20 material fee is due to the instructor at class. Students should bring an apron. Call 815-224-0447 to register for either class.
