If you buy the home at 107 La Salle St. in Streator, you're getting two houses for one.

The roomy house was originally two side-by-side homes, each built around 1900. The owners of the one house, Don and Debbie Oliver, were given their late neighbor's home a number of years ago by the neighbor's family.

Then in 2010, the couple built a family room connecting both homes, creating one 3,824-square-foot, 13-room domicile.

A large, detached garage, which includes a workshop, is accessed through the alley. The rear yard is fenced in and there is an enclosed front porch. The roof is almost new, with 180-mph rated shingles.

The five-bedroom, three-bath home sits in one of Streator's older, more stately neighborhoods, a few blocks from the city's business district to the north and the OSF medical facility to the south.

INTERESTED BY in this roomy home? The asking price is $125,000. Call Jarrett Myers, of eXp Realty, at: 815-674-0690.
