She attended Illinois Valley Community College to become a registered nurse and received a perfect score on her state board.
Carolyn and her much loved husband, Vern, spent their young married lives camping with friends and traveling. She enjoyed playing Scrabble, loved a hot bath and a good book, and was a wonderful writer. She loved searching for shells and listening to the Gulf waves. Carolyn loved a good meal and enjoyed cooking and feeding her loved ones.
A celebration of Carolyn’s life will be at a later date at Solon-Telford Funeral Home.
