OTTAWA — Norma Lee Walsh, 75, of Ottawa, passed away Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017, at her son's home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, at St. Columba Church with Rev. David Kipfer officiating. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, at Ottawa Funeral Home with Deacon Ron Wackerlin doing prayers at 3:45 p.m. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery.
Norma was born Oct. 14, 1942, in Mendota, to Robert and Ruth (Ferguson) Fieldman. She married Edward Walsh on Nov. 27, 1965, in Somonauk.
She is survived by her children, Matthew (Kathy) Walsh, Deanna Walsh, Mark "Curly" (Melissa) Walsh, Timothy (Brenda) Walsh; four grandchildren, Conor Walsh, Delaney Walsh, Josie Walsh and Colin Walsh; and her sister, Shirley (Bob) Pirko.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ed, who passed away Nov. 18, 2017; and her grandson, Kaleb Beck.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Fieldman, Conor Walsh, Darrell Hansen, Steve Walsh, Marty Walsh, and Scott Walsh.
Honorary pallbearers will be her nieces, Stephanie and Karoline Pirko.
