Ottawa drug arrests made

Two men face charges in an Ottawa drug case.

Gregory A. Hernandez-Bullock, 24, Aurora, and Phillip Davis, 23, Chicago, were both arrested at about 1:18 a.m. Saturday in Ottawa. Hernandez-Bullock is charged with possessing crack cocaine with intent to deliver. Davis is charged with possessing heroin. They were taken to the La Salle County Jail, where Hernandez-Bullock remains, needing $50,000 cash to make bond. Davis posted $1,000 cash and was released.

The arrests were the result of an investigation by the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team into alleged drug sales at an Ottawa home. Hernandez-Bullock and Davis were arrested at the home, with help from the La Salle County Sheriff's Office.
