Ottawa
Jessica Friede, 29, Ottawa, was cited on a complaint of driving with a suspended license Sunday. Friede posted an individual bond.
Eduardo Toto, 21, Ottawa, was arrested on a complaint of criminal trespass to residence Sunday. Toto was given a notice to appear.
 
Streator
A 15-year-old girl from Streator was arrested about 7:40 a.m. Friday for battery. She was referred to juvenile court.
Alessandra Johnson, 20, Streator, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Sunday for domestic battery. Johnson was transferred to the La Salle County Jail.
Charles Moore, 36, Streator, was cited for driving while license suspended. Moore was given a notice to appear.
 
La Salle County
Dustin Rhode, 36, Ransom, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. Sunday on North 13th Road near East 24th Road in Allen Township on complaints of driving in the wrong lane, speeding 75 mph in a 55-mph zone, fleeing/attempting to elude police, and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level of .08 or more. Rhode was taken to the La Salle County Jail pending bond.
Charles Schramer, 66, Somonauk, was arrested at 8:56 a.m. Sunday on a complaint of driving while license revoked. Schramer was taken to the La Salle County Jail pending bond.
John Provenzano, 43, Streator was arrested at 10:12 a.m. Sunday on a La Salle County warrant for aggravated DUI. Provenzano was taken to La Salle County Jail pending bond.
Brian Quilici, 45, Oswego, was arrested on complaints of driving in the wrong lane, driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Quilici was westbound on East 2750th Road onto Suzy Street in Lake Holiday when he made a wide turn at the intersection of Suzy and Nova Streets then crashed into the home at 1471 Nova St. Quilici was taken to the La Salle County Jail pending bond.
 
Fire Calls
Ottawa firefighters responded to an alarm at 11:38 p.m. Sunday at 906 Canal St. Cooking odors were detected but no fire was found.
