A'lure (TuN) 7, Ottawa Health Mart (M) 6

A'lure scored three times in the bottom of the sixth inning to take the lead, but Ottawa Health Mart evened the score in the top of the seventh before bowing out in the bottom of that frame.
Carlos Kennedy (double, home run), Andy Johnson, Ryan Schunke and winning pitcher Zach Stewart had two hits apiece for A'lure (9-3). Clint Hawk hit a home run.
Mark Gertz (double), Adam Provance, Luke Weber, Shannon Robbins and Mark Bucz each had two hits for Ottawa Health Mart (3-9). Kenny Robbins added a double.

FBI Builders (TuS) 9, Jackpot Video Gaming (M) 3
Joe Leskanich (triple) and Brandon Combs had three hits apiece for FBI Builders (7-5). Adam Lerette, Sam Foutch and winning pitcher Steve Smith had two hits apiece.
Mason Erschen (triple), Matt Koziel (double) and Adam Koziel each finished with two hits for Jackpot Video Gaming (8-3). Derek Jett cracked a double.

Caffee News Agency (TuN) 8, Exit 90 Truck Wash (M) 7
Caffee News took the lead in the bottom of the fifth inning and winning pitcher Josh Gwin shutout the Monday League club over the final two frames to improve to 8-5 for the year.
Ty Frieders (triple, home run), Ben Thompson (double), Verne Thompson, Curt Linn and Zach Thompson each finished with two hits for Caffee. Gwin contributed a double.
Mickey Armstrong singled and hit a home run for Exit 90 Truck Wash (7-4). Jose Granados, Darren Snell and Zach Wyse had two hits apiece.

Couch Potatoes (TuS) 10, Starved Rock Brewing (TuS) 6
The tourney's top seed went on top with a five-run fourth inning and added deuces in each of the final two frames to move to 10-1 for the year.
Aaron Janzen led Couch Potatoes with three hits. Tom Myer (triple), winning pitcher Dustin Cook (double), Kyle Farrell and Shane Janzen each had two hits. Jerred Sorenson doubled.
Jason Foreman (double, triple), Austin Kent (double, triple), Brandon Moore (double) and Jeremy Foreman had two hits apiece for Starved Rock Brewing (6-6).

Women's Tourney

Muffy's (Th) 11, JB Construction (M) 1

The two league champions squared off and it was the Thursday night squad coming away with the win in five innings.
Jen Lowery led Muffy's (12-0) with two singles and a double. Kate Huss (triple), April Nelle, Ann Hoffman, LIndsay Hellman and winning pitcher Beth Scutt had two hits apiece. Alex Ferbrache doubled.
Megan Johnson singled twice for JB Construction (13-1).

J.J.'s Bar & Grill (Th) 9 Bears Den (Th) 2
J.J.'s jumped out to a 3-0 first-inning advantage and was never headed while improving to 7-5 for the year.
Torey Borkowski and Jessica Jessen had three hits apiece for J.J.'s. Winning pitcher bri Pienta (double), Bailey Bongartz, Stef Phillis and Lindsay McDonald each finished with two hits.
Stacey Kinzer and Kaiely Schomas had two hits apiece and Amanda Franklin tripled for Beaars Den (6-6).
