DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies said they found more than a man urinating after they noticed a car parked near Route 23 in southern DeKalb County Friday morning.

About 8 a.m., Brandon W. Humm's car was on Pine Road at Route 23 while Humm was relieving himself outside the car. Humm, 22, 324 W. Railroad St., No. 501, Earlville, was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct. He posted bond.

In Humm's car were Gregory T. Hebert, 38, 1334 U.S. 34, Lot 7, Earlville, and Steven L. Hart, 22, 14297 Shabbona Road, Shabbona. Both were arrested on complaints of illegal possession of a hypodermic syringe, with Hebert also facing a complaint of possession of a controlled substance. Hart also was wanted on an Ogle County arrest warrant. Hebert and Hart were taken to the DeKalb County Jail.
