Ottawa - A 13-year-old boy was cited in the 700 block of East McKinley Road for battery on Dec. 15.
- A 15-year-old was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol Monday in the 200 block of East Main Street.
- A 13-year-old girl was cited Dec. 17 in the 700 block of East McKinley Road for disorderly conduct. She was issued a notice to appear.
- Ramon Cortez, 31, 622 W. Main St., was arrested Wednesday in the 500 block of Columbus Street for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He posted bond.
- A city plow struck a parked car in the 100 block of West Van Buren Street on Tuesday morning.
- Anthony Johnson, 23, 3297 North Route 71, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and expired registration after colliding with a vehicle driven by Thomas M. Grzanich, 59, Leland, Monday at Stevenson Road and Columbus Street. Both Grzanich and a passenger in his vehicle, Carolyn Grzanich, were taken to Ottawa Regional Hospital for treatment.
- Ashley Malavolti, 22, 407 Elizabeth St., Streator, was cited for disobeying a traffic control device after colliding with a vehicle driven by Kelly R. Cofoid, 46, Ottawa, at the intersection of West Norris Drive and Chestnut Street Tuesday. Malavolti then lost control of her vehicle and struck a vehicle driven by Laurie L. Tarr, 53, Ottawa. No injuries were reported.
La Salle County - Steven J. Haden, 20, Sandwich, was involved in a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of North 13th Road and Route 18 in Otter Creek Township. No injuries were reported.
State Police - Abel Baez, 20, no address provided, was arrested Tuesday on Route 251 at North 33rd Road on complaints of driving without a license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage and on a warrant for failure to appear. He posted bond and was released.
