LA SALLE COUNTY - Matthew D. Perkins, 22, 662 N. 3450th Road, Utica, reported Monday he struck a deer while driving in Dimmick Township Friday. Damage was undisclosed and there were no injuries.
- Kari S. Marques, 32, 115 Oak St., Seneca, struck a deer near the intersection of North 30th and East 24th roads in Manlius Township at 5:20 p.m. Monday. No injuries were reported and no citations issued.
SANDWICH - Lindsey J. Herrera, 23, 945 Karen Rd., was arrested on a complaint of possession of marijuana over 30 grams (Class 4 felony), illegal transportation of alcohol, no rear registration light, and improper display of registration. She was taken to DeKalb County Jail. Additional charges are pending.
STREATOR - Tammy L. Gillman, 30, of Streator, was cited for improper backing along with hit and run following a collision with a vehicle driven by Craig D. Lowe, 38, of Streator. at 3:35 a.m. Sunday. Gillman was referred to Streator court.
- Eric E. Shane, 39, 114 S. Cedar, Toluca, was not injured in a motorcycle accident in the 100 block of Armory Court at 12:55 a.m. Sunday. No other vehicles were involved and no citations were issued.
- Stopped for not wearing a seatbelt, Omar Moreno, 32, 504 Grant St., was arrested near Park and Wilson streets on a complaint of possession of 30 grams or less of marijuana at 8:11 a.m. Sunday. He was released with an Ottawa court date.
- Michael W. Gardner, 49, 1411 N. Sterling St., was cited for speeding, 50 mph in a 30-mph zone, in the 1000 block of West Main Street at 11:08 a.m. Sunday. He was released on an individual bond and given a Streator court date.
- Brandon M. Robinson, 23, 1005 N. Bloomington St., was arrested Sunday night on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge. He was released to county authorities.
- A burglary to a residence in the 800 block of North Everett St. was reported Sunday night by a woman who told police electronic equipment was stolen.
CONSERVATION - Anthony Alfano, 55, Spring Valley, was cited Sunday just west of Ottawa and south of U.S. 6 on complaints of failure to tag a shot deer and hunting on private land without permission. Alfano's hunting privileges in Illinois were suspended for 15 months for prior hunting violations; the suspension was lifted in June.
- Scott B. Bauer, 40, and John B. Bauer, 38, both of La Salle, were each cited during the weekend on a complaint of trespassing on the railroad property across from Buffalo Rock State Park along Dee Bennett Road. Scott Bauer was also cited on complaints of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- Carl R. Chamberlain, 28, La Salle, was cited Sunday in Putnam County on complaints of having an untagged deer, having an illegally-taken deer and having an uncased gun.
