LAUREN LEWIS of Mendota, a freshman at Millikin University majoring in commercial music, joined the Millikin University School of Music Women's Choir, Soprano II.

The choir is a select group of 65 singers, all of whom are first-year students. The choir frequently receives special invitations for performances statewide. The choir is directed by Beth Holmes, adjunct instructor of music at Millikin.
