Ottawa - Geniese M. McConnaughhay, 22, 2068 Blossom Lane, Belvidere, was cited Saturday in the 1400 block of West Lafayette Street for driving under the influence, driving without insurance and improper parking on a roadway. She was released on bond.
- Nicole M. Sigler, 33, 3603 East 1759th Road, Ottawa, was cited Saturday at Norris and Champlain for driving on a suspended license. She was released on bond.
- Wayne R. Wackerlin, 17, 1758 East U.S. 34, Leland, was cited Sunday at Main and La Salle Streets for driving under the influence, speeding, improper lane useage, curfew violation and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was released on bond.
- Allison C. Padilla, 17, 1484 East 2350th Road, Marseilles, was cited Sunday at Main and La Salle streets for curfew violation and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. She was released with a notice to appear in court.
Sandwich - Janice M. Clark, 57, 649B Bluebird Circle, Sandwich, was cited Sunday for driving with a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle. She was released with a court date.
Streator - A male, 15, and female, 14, were cited Wednesday at Park and Renz Drive for curfew violation and released to their parents.
- A mirror of a van parked at 1207 North Everett Street was reported Wednesday to have been damaged overnight.
- Aaron J. Peck, 21, 310 Lancaster Street, Autora, was arrested Wednesday at Third Avenue and Main Street on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of assault.
- Alejandro Zepeda, 18, 1524 East Elm St., wanted on a warrant from Aurora for failure to appear in court on a charge of domestic battery, turned himself in, posted $300 and was released.
- Julia D. Burroughs, 26, 902 Meadow Lane, was processed for a La Salle County civil warrant Thursday. She posted bond and was released with a court date.
- Calvin C. Wright, 23, 1406 South Sixth St., Kankakee, was found Thursday behind the Casey's General Store, 1401 E. Main St., acting suspiciously, arrested for felony obstruction of justice and taken to the county jail.
- Jason Osborn, 21, 1458 S. Canal St., Chicago, was arrested Friday on Montgomery County warrant for failure to appear in court on a burglary charge and taken to the county jail.
- Christopher M. Wilder, 41, 208 Locust St., LaRose, was cited Friday at Bronson and Park Streets on a charge of driving while his license was revoked. He was released on bond.
- James L. Pierson, 20, 1614 S. Wasson St., was arrested Friday on a La Salle County warrant for probation violation.
- A driver left the Marathon station at 1004 W. Main St. in a black Pontiac Grand Am without paying for $17,12 in gasoline.
- Charles Z. Welch, 21, 110 N. Vermilion St., Unit 2, was cited Friday at 100 N. Monroe Street for driving on an expired license and given a verbal warning for driving without lights when required.
- Lisa M. Nees, 20, 414 Carriage Lane Estates was cited Friday at East First and North Otter Creek streets for disobeying a stop sign.
- Justin J. Donnelly, 18, 126 West Bluff St., and Ryan Summers, 21, 359 Tolin Street Unit 2, Marseilles, were cited Friday for retail theft at the K-Mart store, 11 Northpoint Street. They were released with court dates.
La Salle County - Adam M. Nelson, 24, of Joliet, was arrested Saturday for driving under the influence, operation of an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage after causing an accident with injuries in Mission Township on Route 71 about one-half mile north of U.S. 52. County deputies said Nelson was in a southbound lane and a southbound vehicle driven by Paula N. Bolander, 42, of Burlington, Iowa, swerved to avoid a collision but still was struck. Passengers Nelson Bolander and Jenell R. Schaeffer, 51, of West Burlington, Iowa, were taken by Newark ambulance to Ottawa Regional Hospital for treatment. Nelson also was taken to the hospital, and after his release was taken to the county jail, where the posted bond and was set free.
- Jacob J. Simpson, 29, 315 W. Sumner St., Streator, was cited Saturday at Route 18 and East 10th Road for speeding 85 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone. He was released with a court date.
- Dana W. Hyson, 46, 426 Johnson St., Utica, was cited Saturday at Route 23 and North 21st Road for disobeying a stop sign. He was released with a court date.
- Ryan B. Holcman, 34, Streator, was cited Friday on Route 71 about one mile south of Oglesby after being involved in a hit-and-run accident. County deputies reported that he destroyed his car and a large portion of guardrail. He was arrested for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident to police. He was taken to the county jail and released with a court date.
- Donna A. Manheim, 54, of Joliet, reported on Friday that she struck a deer on I-80 near the Peru exit. She was not injured.
State Police - Jeffrey M. DeLong, 32, was arrested Friday at DeLong's Auto Body, 4718 N. Route 251, Mendota, for domestic battery and criminal damage to property, and taken to the county jail.
