Two Marseilles men were arrested Thursday, Nov. 5, on a charge each of unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Deutsch, 19, of the same address, were arrested following an investigation into their narcotic activity in the Marseilles and Ottawa area by Marseilles Police and the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team. Police officers searched the residence and found approximately 2,884 grams of marijuana packaged in different sized amounts for sale. Agents also found other items used in packaging and distribution of marijuana during their search. Both men were taken to La Salle County Jail and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a Class 1 felony that is punishable by up to 15 years in prison. |
