A Lombard man was killed Wednesday after a train mishap.

Kevin C. Jablonsky, 21, was struck by an eastbound Union Pacific Train approximately a qurater of a mile east of the Nelson Road crossing, which is west of DeKalb. He was pronounced dead by Chief Deputy Coroner Dave Jacobson at 3:59 p.m.

No foul play is suspected.

The death remains under investigation by the DeKalb County Coroner's Office and the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office.
