A. The La Salle/Putnam County Educational Alliance for Special Education provides the organized administration of all special education programs and services for La Salle and Putnam counties.

It is a cooperative made up of 27 school districts, who share the cost.

The member school districts are Leland, La Salle-Peru High, Dimmick, Community Unit 2, La Salle Elementary, Waltham, Earlville, Peru Elementary, Wallace, Streator Township High, Oglesby Elementary, Milton Pope, Streator Elementary, Ottawa Township High, Rutland, Allen-Otter Creek, Ottawa Elementary, Mendota High, Tonica, Marseilles Elementary, Mendota Elementary, Deer Park, Seneca High, Lostant, Grand Ridge, Seneca Elementary and Putnam County school districts.
