Streator - Brad Lee Fullmer, 25, 312 Third St., was arrested Thursday on Monroe and Hickory streets on a civil writ.
- Jim R. Stillwell, 45, 234 W. Second St., was arrested Thursday in the 100 block of West Kent Street on a civil writ.
Marseilles - A 15-year-old Marseilles boy, a 14-year-old Marseilles girl, six 16-year-old boys, all of Marseilles, Cody Munchalfen, 17, of Shorewood, Cory Parker, 17, of Ottawa, Brandon Stange, 17, of Ottawa, Meghan Hohn, 18, of Chicago, Drake Roketa, 18, of Shorewood, Sanchy Filimon, 18, of Shorewood, Jacob Jaszemski, 19, of Ottawa, Eddie Rojas, 17, of Marseilles and Ty Benckendorf, 17, of Marseilles, were cited Saturday in the 500 block of Union Street on a complaint of illegal consumption by a minor.
- A 14-year-old boy was cited Friday on Pacific Street on a complaint of unlawful possession of a smoking material.
La Salle County - Tony J. Madro, 27, 104 Via Tomacelli St., Toluca, was involved in one-vehicle accident on Route 71 near County Highway 8. Madro struck a guardrail after swerving to avoid a dog in the roadway. No injuries were reported.
- William W. Davis, 74, 167 Peaceful Valley Road, Scott Township, Penn., was in a one-vehicle accident Friday when he struck a deer on Interstate 80 near mile marker 89. No injuries were reported.
- A 14- and 16-year-old were cited Saturday after a traffic stop at East 12th Street and U.S. 34 in Earlville.The 14-year-old was cited for no valid drivers license, improper lane usage, failure to secure a child under 8 in appropriate child restraint system and transporting an unlawful number of passengers allowed by a driver under the age of 18. The child was given a notice to appear and was released to parents. The 16-year-old was given citations for unlawful number of passengers (a total of seven were in the vehicle) and failure to secure persons under age 9 in properly adjusted and fastened seat belts.
DeKalb County - Ivan R. Martinez, 39, of Sandwich, was arrested Saturday at 5575 Chicago Road on complaints of driving under the influence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, no valid drivers license and no insurance. He was taken to DeKalb County Jail.
- Todd J. Palfalvi, 40, 950 Tallgrass Court, Somonauk, was cited Friday on Somonauk Road, north of Suydam Road, on a complaint of improper lane usage.
Fire Calls - Streator firefighters responded to an alarm at 10:02 a.m. Saturday. Burnt food activated the alarm.
- Streator firefighters responded to a rekindled leaf pile at 6:41 p.m. Saturday.
- Streator firefighters responded to a report of smoke in a house at 10:45 p.m. Saturday at 401 N. Shabbona St. Nothing was found.
- Streator firefighters responded to a person burning materials on asphalt at 3:05 p.m. Sunday at 913 E. Bridge St. The person was given a warning.
- Streator firefighters responded to a brush fire at 5:23 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of East Morrell Street. Children threw matches on leaf pile.
