Streator - Elliott D. Lampton, 31, 112 S. Vermillion St., Unit 3, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. Wednesday at his home on a complaint of domestic battery and on a Will County warrant for failure to appear.
- Davita M. Durando, 21, 302 W. LaRue St., was arrested at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday at 1211 S. Bloomington St. on a La Salle County warrant.
- Dennis W. Bartloszewski, 69, 343 First St., La Salle, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. Wednesday on a Tazewell County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of theft of labor.
- Galvan Vazquez, 25, 121 W. Hickory St., was arrested at 12:23 p.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of North Bloomington Street on complaints of driving while license suspended, no insurance and registration suspended for no insurance.
Ottawa - Kyle N. Johnson, 20, Marseilles, was arrested Wednesday at Glover and State streets on a complaint of driving while license suspended.
- L. Hayley Schemehorn, 30, 2703 Champlain St., Apt. F, was arrested Thursday in the 2700 block of Champlain Street on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear in court. She was taken to the county jail.
- Charles T. Raikes, 46, 2676 U.S. 6, Marseilles, was arrested Friday morning at La Salle and Washington streets on complaints of driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic control device, improper turning and improper lane usage. He was taken to the county jail.
La Salle County - Kyle R. Gutierrez, 18, 300 Canal St., Utica, was cited at 9:57 p.m. Friday on a complaint of consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was released with a court date. Alyssa L. Walzer, 19, 303 Grove St., Utica, was arrested on complaints of obstructing a peace officer and consumption of alcohol by a minor. She was taken to the county jail. Deputies had responded to a vehicle in a ditch at 1246 N. 2803rd Road, about three miles west of Ottawa.
- Shannon A. Roether, 22, Streator, reported her vehicle hit a deer on Route 23 just south of Ottawa at 10 a.m. Friday. She was not hurt.
Fire Calls - Streator firefighters went at 3:05 p.m. Thursday to Genseke Court for an illegal fire.
- Streator firefighters went at 10:39 p.m. Thursday to Liberty Village, 2300 Eastwood Ave., where cooking popcorn set off an alarm.
- Streator firefighters went at 4:03 a.m. Friday to 506 E. Main St., Apt. F for a smoke alarm. No one was home, so firefighters broke in; they found a faulty detector.
- Ottawa firefighters went at 12:52 p.m. Thursday to 700 La Salle St. for a gasoline spill.
