Ottawa - Eduardo Gutierrez, 1125 Mulberry St., and William J. Mucci, 911 Robinhood Lane, were in a two-vehicle accident at 6:51 a.m. Tuesday at East Norris Drive and Paul Street. Gutierrez was cited for no insurance and no drivers license.
Streator - Amy J. York, 26, 305 E. Morrell St., was cited Monday in the 200 block of North Bloomington Street on a complaint of driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license. She was released on an individual bond and given a court date.
- Susan K. Attig, 62, 410 Third South St., Wenona, was cited Monday at 1004 W. Main St. on a complaint of speeding, 53 mph in a 30-mph zone. She was given an individual bond.
- Helen Ann Mangan, 26, 206 E. Third St., Lostant, was cited Monday at 120 E. Main St. for failure to properly secure a child younger than 8 in an appropriate child restraint system. She was given an individual bond.
Fire - Ottawa firefighters responded to an alarm at 5:38 p.m. Tuesday at Dougherty Manor, 900 Paul St. Cooking odor activated the alarm. There was no fire.
