Son, Riley Owen, to Lacy Carlson of Ottawa, Oct. 16 at Ottawa Regional Hospital. Riley weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Harold and Shari Carlson of Ottawa. Great-grandfather is William Carlson of Marseilles.

Daughter, Sienna Michelle, to Jeff and Michelle Justice of Ottawa, Oct. 25 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru. Sienna weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches long.
