La Salle County - Kali A. O'Flanagan, 18, 350 S. Market St., Seneca, was cited at 7:41 p.m. Wednesday at North 33rd and East Seventh roads on a complaint of driving 79 mph in a 55-mph zone.
- Pamela S. Eich reported her vehicle collided with a deer at 6:10 p.m. Thursday at East 2659th and North 23rd roads. She was not hurt.
Ottawa - Christopher R. Damyen, 18, 2901 E. 12th Road, rural Ottawa, was arrested Thursday in the 300 block of West Main Street on complaints of driving while license suspended, suspended registration and possession of alcohol by a minor. He posted bond.
- Robert J. Matlock, 26, 3098 E. 1961st Road, rural Ottawa, was arrested Thursday in the 200 block of West Superior Street on complaints of driving while license suspended, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on an personal recognizance bond.
- Jennifer A. Arnold, 32, 3509 E. 29th Road, rural Norway, was arrested Thursday in the 200 block of West Superior Street on a complaint of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Livingston County warrant for failure to appear in court. She was taken to the La Salle County Jail.
Seneca - A 16-year-old Morris boy was cited Sunday on complaints of having too many passengers and making an illegal U-turn.
- Brian Mott, 35, Seneca, was given a court notice Monday of unlawful child visitation interference.
- Kyle Bromberek, 18, Seneca, was cited Wednesday after a traffic crash on complaints of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating a vehicle with unsafe tires.
Livingston County - Justin E. King, 27, Streator, was arrested Thursday at 12th and Vermillion streets in Streator on complaints of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the county jail in Pontiac.
- Star L. Michael, 28, Manville, was arrested Thursday at 12th and Vermillion streets on complaints of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the county jail in Pontiac.
- Kimberly A. Bradbury, 25, Blackstone, was arrested Thursday in Pontiac on complaints of driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. She was taken to the county jail.
Fire Calls - Streator firefighters went at 9:58 a.m. Friday to Evergreen Terrace, behind Heritage Manor, where a hot plate ignited a rag in a unit.
- Ottawa firefighters went at 12:53 p.m. Thursday to the homeless shelter at 1120 Canal St., where a worker vacuuming set off the alarm.
- Ottawa firefighters went at 10:11 a.m. Thursday to the 100 block of Robin Hood Lane, where natural gas was leaking from an outdoor valve.
- Ottawa firefighters went at 7:25 p.m. Thursday to Ravlin Congregate Center, 400 E. Washington St., for an overheated light fixture.
