About 300 students, faculty, parents and friends of Flanagan-Cornell High School will participate Friday, Oct. 2, in the American Diabetes Association Schoolwalk For Diabetes.

Participants will walk 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the high school track, 202 E. Falcon Highway. Schools that raise more than $1,000 will receive a percentage of the profits to fund physical education and medical supplies.
