Wenona police and the La Salle County Sheriff's Office are investigating two car burglaries and a burglary at a bar in La Salle County.

According to Wenona Police Chief Tom Martin, the department received a call at 3 a.m. Tuesday about break-ins to two vehicles. Officers were then notified of a break-in at Mean Jean Community Chest at 217 N. Locust St., at about 7:55 a.m Tuesday.

Police were interviewing victims Tuesday afternoon to determine what may have been taken. Martin believes the break-ins may be linked.
