OTTAWA
  • Kim T. Weakley, 57, 1570 N. 30th Road, was cited Saturday in the 2100 block of La Salle Street for driving under the influence and improper lane usage. He was released after posting his drivers license.
  • Megan A. Rossell, 18, 1090 Winnebago Trail, Batavia, was cited Monday near East Norris Drive and Old Chicago Road for improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol. She was released after posting her drivers license. In the same incident, Myriah R. Rogers, 18, 195 Washington, Batavia, was cited with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger. She was given a notice to appear.
  • Bari E. Gage, 18, 500 Lee Lane, was cited Sunday at Columbus Street near Jackson Street for curfew violation. She was given a notice to appear.
  • Nicole Nevins, 23, Peru, was cited Thursday in the 1900 block of Champlain Street for driving under the influence and failure to signal. She posted $100 bond and her drivers license.
  • Martin G. Alveraz, 39, 424 Armstrong St., Morris was cited Monday at U.S. 6 and Illinois 71 for driving without a valid drivers license and no insurance. He was released after posting $100 bond.
LA SALLE COUNTY
  • Aric M. Boldan, 33, 204 Orleans St., Millington, was involved in a motorcycle accident on Illinois 71 near North 31st Road Monday in Rutland Township. Bolden was reportedly heading north on Route 71 when he heard a loud snap from the motorcycle's front wheel causing him to lose control and crash. Bolden and passenger, Melissa L. Stillmunkes, 30, 209 Vine, Millington, were taken to Ottawa Regional Hospital by Marseilles and Ottawa ambulances. No citations were issued.
SENECA
  • Richard Robinson, 42, of Seneca was cited Friday for driving with a suspended license and expired registration on East 29th Road. He was given a notice to appear.
  • Dodd Condon, 17, of Seneca struck the rear end of a vehicle driven by Lacey Carrier, 18, of Seneca on North Main Street Sunday. Both drivers were issued citations for expired license plates and Carrier was cited for no insurance. Both signed promises to comply and were released.
SHERIDAN
  • Lavell Robinson, 20, of Rock Island was arrested Friday at Robinson Street and Park Avenue for speeding and driving while license was suspended. He was released with a notice to appear.
  • A 14-year-old boy was arrested after a three-block foot chase on Robinson Street Saturday on complaints of curfew violation, resisting police and consumption of alcohol by a minor. The youth was released to a parent and police are investigating the origin of the alcohol.
