Ottawa - Cassie L. Snell, 22, 1607 Mulberry St., was arrested Friday in the 900 block of DeLeon Street on a complaint of domestic battery. She was taken to the county jail.
- Ronald J. Browning, 46, 2914 E. 15th Road, was cited Friday at 1703 Sycamore Street for criminal trespass to a residence and battery. He was released after posting a $100 bond.
- Jorge Valazquez, 17, 625 Adams St., was arrested as his home Friday on a warrant for criminal sexual abuse. He was taken to the county jail.
- Ian Neumann, 21, DePue, was arrested Saturday in the 1500 block of La Salle Street for delivery of a controlled substance. He was taken to the county jail.
- Dana Manley, 22, 216 Prairie St., was arrested Saturday in the 1500 block of La Salle Street for possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the county jail.
- Irene E. Hickey, 27, homeless, was cited Saturday on the riverwalk for tresspass to property. She was released with a notice to appear in court.
Sandwich - Daniel O. Barasas, 47, was cited Saturday on US 34 west of Sandy Bluff Road for driving under the influence. He was stopped for not having a front registration plate. He was released on bond.
Streator - A girl's 26-inch purple Huffy bicycle was reported stolen on Friday from a garage at 602 Bazore Street.
La Salle County - Scott M. Larson, 30, of Seneca, was cited Thursday for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to report an accident to police and leaving the scene of a vehicle damage accident. He lost control of his truck on loose gravel and struck a ditch in Rutland Township on North 31st Road east of Route 71.
- Steve A. Conness, 49, of Ottawa, reported hitting a deer Friday in Deer Park Township while eastbound on North 27th Road east of Route 178.
- Jared C. Thumm, 21, Earlville, was cited Friday for battery after striking another male in the head several times. He was released with a notice to appear in court.
