Ottawa - Trevor R. Schwarz, 17, 720 Chestnut St., was arrested Thursday in the 200 block of East Main Street on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the county jail. Also cited at the same time and location were Anthony DeMichael, 17, Marseilles and a 15-year-old Marseilles boy, each on a complaint of theft, and a 15-year-old Marseilles girl on a complaint of truancy.
- Jesse Phillips, 20, 1235 1/2 Phelps St., was arrested Thursday at Columbus Street and Oak Ridge Drive on a failure to appear warrant. He was taken to the county jail.
Marseilles - Robert Danielson, 30, Marseilles, was arrested Thursday on complaints of driving while license suspended and improper lane usage. He was issued a notice to appear.
- Erik M. Kendrick, 17, Marseilles, was arrested Thursday on a complaint of possession of drug equipment. He was issued a notice to appear.
- Patrick J. Rees, 25, Seneca, was cited Friday on complaints of speeding and equipment violations.
Sheridan - Steven C. Johnson, 42, 330 W. Sheridan Ave., was arrested at 8 p.m. Thursday on Pleasant Street on two failure to appear warrants on charges of unlawful storage and parking of vehicles and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the county jail.
- Sidney A. Schiltz, 25, Ottawa, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. Thursday on Si Johnson Avenue on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of obstructing justice/destroying evidence. He was taken to the county jail.
La Salle County - Samantha J. Milton, 20, Streator, was arrested at 4:40 a.m. Friday on a complaint of domestic battery after deputies investigated a complaint at the Del Monte Trailer Park in Streator. She was taken to the county jail.
- Brenda C. Craddock, 59, Somonauk, and a 16-year-old Somonauk girl, were in a two-vehicle crash at 7:50 a.m. Thursday at Outer Drive and Holiday Drive in Lake Holiday in Somonauk. Craddock was driving a school bus and was preparing to turn on to Outer Drive and a car driven by the juvenile girl was stopped at the stop sign. Craddock apparently turned too sharply, not seeing the girl's vehicle stopped, and the bus struck the vehicle. Somonauk emergency personnel responded and the 27 bus passengers were checked and released at the scene. Craddock was cited on a complaint of improper turn.
