Fall-lovers can create autumn crafts during an upcoming workshop at La Salle Public Library.
Two autumn projects will be offered from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 19, at the library, 305 Marquette St., La Salle. In the first, participants can select colorful autumn fabrics to craft three “no-sew” pumpkins. Participants will make one pumpkin during the workshop, and will take home supplies to complete two more. In the second project, participants will learn how to use colored pencils not only for their hues, but for outlining, shading, highlighting and adding details to create coloring artwork. Each participant will receive a set of autumn note cards.
This program is free but limited to 30 adult participants and requires registration by calling the library at 815-223-2341.
