PHOTOS: Scarecrows, family fun hit Ottawa's downtown Saturday
The Illinois Valley Vixens scarecrow won first place in the individual/group category at Saturday's Scarecrow Festival in downtown Ottawa.
Despite heavy rains Friday, the Scarecrow Festival was a hit Saturday in downtown Ottawa as families enjoyed the scarecrows, vendors, bounce houses, food, among other activities.
