Trick-or-treating at La Salle Public Library

Saturday, Oct. 27, after the Hometown Halloween Parade in La Salle, La Salle Public Library will be handing out goodies to trick-or-treaters. All children will receive a gift book, as well as a Ghostly Glow Stick wrist band, a fun themed coloring card favor and another surprise selected from an assortment of cool Halloween stuff like brooms and witches’ wear, Halloween hats and weird face paint.

La Salle Public Library supports the Teal Pumpkin Project, which launched as an international campaign in 2014 by Food Allergy Research & Education, providing nonfood items for trick-or-treaters with food allergies. For more information on the Teal Pumpkin Project, visit
