Storrm O. Beecher, 27, Ottawa, was arrested Wednesday in the 1400 block of Columbus Street on a Sarasota County, Fla. warrant for probation violation. He was taken to the La Salle County Jail.
Kimberly A. Keylard, 47, Ottawa, was cited Thursday at Ottawa Avenue and Boyce Memorial Drive on a complaint of driving while license suspended. She was also cited on a complaint of no insurance. She was given a court date.
A boy, 15, was cited Wednesday in the 500 block of West Jackson Street on complaints of disorderly conduct and resisting police. He was given a court date.
An unknown white car hit a Chevrolet Malibu in traffic at about 10:55 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of La Salle Street, then left the scene.
Cassandra Weber-Libby, 34, Streator, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. Wednesday after a traffic stop at Broadway and Wasson streets on a Livingston County warrant for failing to appear on charges of driving while license suspended and unlawful use of a driver's license. She was also cited on complaints of driving while suspended, no insurance and giving a false name to police. She posted bond.

La Salle County
Deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash about 6:50 a.m. Wednesday on North 25th Road near East 250th Road in Peru Township. Ephraim Yanez, 21, of Spring Valley, was driving southeast on North 25th when he failed to negotiate the curve. Yanez lost control of his vehicle, entered a ditch and struck an embankment crossing over East 250th. His vehicle rolled over into a ravine. Oglesby emergency personnel extracted Yanez from his vehicle and took him to Illinois Valley Community Hospital. No citations were issued.
Christopher Scheibe, 36, of Marseilles, was arrested about 7 p.m. Wednesday on a Grundy County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Grundy County Jail.
Robert Warren, 30, of South Ottawa Township, was arrested about 9:40 p.m. Wednesday on a complaint of domestic battery. He was taken to the La Salle County Jail.
