Ottawa

Rosealynn C. Daniels, 39, Marseilles, was cited Wednesday at Polk and West Lafayette streets on complaints of failure to yield at an intersection and possession of drug paraphernalia. Daniels was given a notice to appear.

Bianca J. Bianco, 31, Ottawa, was cited Wednesday at Polk and West Lafayette streets on a complaint of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bianco was given a notice to appear.

Streator

Jonna R. Dennis, 24, Ransom, was cited for driving while license suspended and no seat belt. Dennis posted an individual bond.

La Salle County

Michael Warner, 28, Streator, was arrested about 8:40 a.m. Wednesday at his residence on a La Salle County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Warner was taken to the county jail. Bond was set at $5,000 with 10 percent to apply.

Brian Rankin, 42, Streator, was arrested about 8:50 a.m. Wednesday at his residence on a La Salle County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Rankin was taken to the county jail. Bond was set at $5,000 with 10 percent to apply.

Bradley Gray, 23, Streator, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at his residence on a La Salle County warrant for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Gray was taken to the county jail. Bond was set at $500,000 with 10 percent to apply.

Jenna Rice, 47, Marseilles, was arrested about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday at her residence on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving while license suspended. Rice was taken to the county jail. Bond was set at $4,000 with 10 percent to apply.

Roger Helton, 60, Ottawa, was cited at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday at North 2653rd Road and East 2079th Road on complaints of improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and DUI after a single-vehicle rollover. Helton was eastbound on North 2653rd Road when he lost control of his vehicle and hit a ditch. Helton was transported to OSF St. Elizabeth in Ottawa by Grand Ridge EMS. Helton was given a notice to appear.

Fire calls

Ottawa firefighters responded at 2:53 p.m. Wednesday to 201 Fern St. for an illegal burn, which was put out.

Streator firefighters responded at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday to 301 Northpoint Plaza for a problem with a fire alarm which was reset.

Streator firefighters responded at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday to 300 W. 12th St. for a fire alarm caused by cooking.
