Lawrence H. Webb, 50, homeless Ottawa, was arrested Tuesday at 1120 Canal St. on a complaint he possessed cocaine. He was taken to the county jail.

La Salle County

Haley Frandin, 24, Marseilles, was arrested at 9:43 a.m. Tuesday at Broadway and Water streets in Marseilles on a complaint she was driving while her license was suspended. She was taken to the county jail, where she was released with a court date.

Nicole Hagerstrom, 37, Streator, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday at her home on a Will County writ for failing to appear in court on a child support matter. She was taken to the La Salle County Jail.

Hugo Serrato, 23, Ottawa, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday at his home on a warrant for failing to appear on a charge he obstructed police. He was taken to the county jail.

Brian Siembab, 42, Ottawa, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. Tuesday at his home on a warrant for domestic battery. He was taken to the county jail.

DeKalb County

Nabeel Afsar, 24, Earlville, was cited 7:14 p.m. Tuesday at Chicago Road east of Graham Road on a complaint of driving without a valid license. Afsar was released with a court date.

Fire Calls

Streator firefighters responded at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday to 102 W. Morrell St. for a report of a natural gas odor. They found the stove was accidentally on.

Streator firefighters responded at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday to 126 W. Hickory St. for an illegal fire, which they put out.
