Rebecca L. Scott, 25, Ottawa, was arrested Thursday at East Etna Road and Fairfield Lane on complaints of DUI of drugs, driving while license revoked, no insurance, speeding and obstructing justice. Scott was taken to the county jail.
Cody J. Wilkinson, 25, Ottawa, was cited Thursday in the 1000 block of Canal Street on a criminal trespass to real property complaint. Wilkinson was given a notice to appear.
