BICYCLE RIDE OF SILENCE, 6:45 to 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 16. Starved Rock Cycling invites the public who bicycle to take to the streets in Ottawa, leaving from the Thornton Park parking lot off Lafayette St. and Boyce in a silent procession to honor cyclists who have been killed or injured while cycling on public roadways. 


2018 STARVED ROCK COUNTRY MARATHON, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, May 12. Marathon, half-marathon and 5K races are part of the event.

Experience outdoor adventure with a guided walk to three spectacular waterfalls and canyons: French, Ottawa and St. Louis.
