MIchael A. Perry, 60, Ottawa, was cited Sunday in the 500 block of East Joliet Street on complaints of retail theft, being an intoxicated pedestrian in the street and having open alcohol in public. He was given a court date.
Nathan B. Brown, 25, Leland, was arrested Sunday at Norris Drive and Pine Street on complaints of DUI, improper lane usage and unsafe tires. He was given a court date.
Cole M. Larson, 21, Ottawa, was arrested Friday at his home on complaints of domestic battery, violating a protection order and resisting police. He was taken to the county jail.
London L. Weems, 27, Ottawa, was arrested Saturday at his home on complaints of obstructing justice, retail theft, driving while license suspended and no insurance. He was also wanted on a Will County warrant for failing to appear in court. He was taken to the La Salle County Jail.
Stephen M. Engel, 38, Ottawa, was arrested Saturday in the 700 block of Chestnut Street on complaints of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was taken to the county jail.
Elizabeth M. Finchem, 56, homeless, was cited Friday at Main and Clinton streets on a disorderly conduct complaint. She was given a court date.
A vehicle driven by Elizabeth Wade, 30, Ottawa, collided with a vehicle driven by Larry W. Bayer, 71, Ottawa, at 1:25 p.m. Friday at Etna Road and Columbus Street. Wade was cited on complaints of DUI of a drug and driving while license suspended.
A report was received Sunday morning a car was vandalized with spray paint the previous night in the 1100 block of East Wilson Street.

Daniel Coffey, 36, Peru, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. Sunday on a warrant for felony driving while license revoked. He was taken to the county jail.
Ashley Andavis, 29, and Anthony Buchanan, 24, both Leland, were arrested at 11:21 a.m. Sunday in Leland on complaints they committed criminal damage to property. They were taken to the county jail.
Liam Bogle, 19, Mendota, was cited on a complaint of improper overtaking, after his vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by Randall Bond, 55, Stockton, Mo., at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday at U.S. 34 and East 1344th Road, near Earlville.
Ottawa firefighters responded at 5:53 p.m. Friday to 400 E. Washington St. for a fire alarm caused by cooking.
On Friday at 6:01 p.m. and again at 7:06 p.m., Ottawa firefighters responded to 4041 Veterans Drive for mulch fires in the parking lot area.
