The Woodland School District is accepting applications to fill the board of education vacancy resulting from the resignation of member Karen Hadley.
The individual selected will serve out the term from the time they are selected until the seating of board members from the March 2019 election.
Applicants must be a resident of the district for at least one year, a registered voter and have no conflicts of interest. The deadline to submit applications is Friday, April 27. The board is scheduled to conduct interviews with interested parties Wednesday, May 9 and hopes to fill the seat Wednesday, May 16.
