SALT LAKE CITY — Michael Hermosillo had one of those special nights for the Triple A Salt Lake Bees.
The 2013 Ottawa High School graduate and No. 10 prospect in the Los Angeles Angels farm system went 3-for-5 with a triple, two home runs and a career-high six RBis in the Bees' 12-3 home victory over the Sacramento River Cats on Tuesday night.
Hermosillo, who started in centerfield and is batting .279, has a two-run three-bagger in the second, a three-run homer to left center in the fourth and blasted a solo bomb to left in the sixth. He also threw out a runner at second base.
Salt Lake improved to 8-5 on the year and take on Sacramento again today at 11 a.m. Central time.
