OTTAWA — DeWayne L. Kinkade, 57, of Ottawa, passed away Monday, April 2, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
A Celebration of Life will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 7, at the Moose Lodge in Ottawa. Ottawa Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with cremation rites.
DeWayne was born Aug. 20, 1960, in Ottawa. He married Ria M. Arroyo on Nov. 6, 1979, in Paris, Tenn.
He attended Ottawa High School and was a member of the Army Reserves, serving from 1983 to 1987.
He worked at Johnson Machine Works, and was a hard working man all of his life. His favorite hobbies were fishing and boating. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Ria; his children, Justin (Tiffany), Jeremy (Renee) and Brittany (Pat); 11 grandchildren; and two brothers, Robin Capsel and Anthony Capsel.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lusetta Kinkade; and his mother and father, Barbara and John Capsel.
